May 29 and May 31, 2010 The Eastern Counties Area Annual Memorial Weekend Event.
Part 1: Sat 5/29 Location: Trinity Lutheran Church, 11716 Floral Drive, Whittier, CA. 90601 with a Meeting at 7 pm followed by the dance from 9 - midnight. Donation $8 and children under 12 are free!
Part 2: Mon 5/31 Location: The Memorial Day Picnic which is an all day event at Little Lake Park, 10900 Pioneer Blvd, Santa Fe Springs, Ca. 90670. All kinds of games for adults and children too!

Readers and Leaders for the First Greater East Los Angeles Area Convention August, 2010.  Are you interested in speaking at the first GELA Convention? Know someone that fits the bill? Clean time requirements for speakers is 7 years, and you will need 5 years for a workshop. CD’s or Tapes must be submitted by March 2010 for consideration.

The group is asking all members male and female who are willing to sponsor. Please attend and lend support. We have a very large meeting with great speakers who often encourage the newcomers to get sponsors!!
